Morning all 

Another mimic card today 

The papers are docrafts paper mania happy days

Thought this was quite a fun card 

To send with the little mix card 

As my daughter went to butlins 

And watched Kiera do a master class 

With diversity,real fun morning.

On to my othere make this morning 

My waffle maker came 

And I couldn't wait to try it out 

I followed the basic recipe in the book 

And they came out fabulous

I've made this one for my nephews step daughter 

A big fan of little mix

The image is again from my mimic cd 

And paper from an old pad I've got 

The sentiment is my favourites spellbinders 

And ribbon was a former birthday present from my brother

I've decoupage the main image

And a few silver pearls

A bit Jurassic

Today's card is quiet different 

I've used a 3D sticker for the main image 

It hasn't come out to well in the photo

But the image has real depth 

The paper are really old from my stash

And the sentiment is a spellbinders die

What little guy doesn't love a dinosaur 

And 3D too

My type of card

Hi all 

Well today was the longest day of the year 

Still not much sign of summer 

Today was my sisters birthday

And here's the card I made for her 

It's from the craftwork cards 

I cut the papers up to spell sister 

On the keyboard 

Added a roll of paper on the top 

And cut out sentiments to look typed 

I added a heart some pearls 

And a cut out butterfly

A bit of craftwork cards

It's raining again 

Are we going to have any summer I ask myself

Today's card is from craftwork cards

The collection is called bohemian dreams

The numeral dial was cut on the scan and cut 

I inked around the card base

And added a few pearls and heart details 

The sentiments we're cut from the papers

Musical cards

Hi again 

I'm loving the cd from card making magazine

These funky images are my favorite at the moment

The one above I use my brick stencil on the card blank

And added some Robert Adams techno die cuts 

The sentiment is spellbinder 

And a few stars from stash 

The second card is a bit more simple 

Just matts and layers 

And a few die cuts as above 

I thought there'd be perfect 

for the cards 4 guys challenge which has a music theme 

I came in the top 3 last time 

Which I was over the moon with 

So fingers crossed again 

There always fabulous inspiration there 

For those who struggle with guys cards

Theme music 

Smile and be happy

Morning all 

When I saw the new challenge at  simply less is more

I new I had to join in 

Faux bleach is the theme 

And I had some stencils and distress crayons

That I had not really used much 

So here's what I came up with 

I cut a square card and coloured

With the distress crayons 

I used the stencil and with a blending tool 

Removed the colour with water 

Matted and layered on black card 

Stamped a sentiment in white emboss

Then added the sizzix die cut 

Umbrella man by Tim holts

Morning all 

Well after a very wet 

Flood filled couple of days 

I'm back with a card,

I feel so sorry for people who's houses

And places of work are flood damaged

I can't imagine how you must all be feeling

But send heart felt wishes your way

Today's card is from a cd I had free,

Yes free with last months card making magazine

If you see any hanging about grab it

It the best male cd I've seen 

And these music images are some of my favorite

The die cuts are tonic 

And I've matted and layered on black card

21st scan and cut project

Hi all on this very wet June day 

Todays card is for a 21st 

I'm sorry the cards in the box for some reason 

I forgot to take a pic of it standing 

I cut out the 21 stars circles and name on the scan and cut 

The papers are very old from my stash 

I love the grungy look to this 

Ribbon from my local shop 

I've even cut the matts and layers 

On the scan n cut 

I'm pretty pleased how it turned out

CD Sunday challenge no image or photo

Hi all 

Today's card is made it an item from my winnings

I received from CD Sunday 

So I've made a Medalion flower with the board 

I've used papers from the heart of the garden

My son Joshua won apprentice of the year

In his section engineering and manufacturing 

I'm over the moon bursting with pride 

Especially as he has dyspraxia and dyslexic 

He works twice as hard to get there 

And I think he's found his calling 

So if any of you out there have young children

I hope this inspires you that any thing is possible 

Even when children diagnosed 

Can get quite a bleak picture of what they can achieve
